Send a brief

Four fields are enough for a quote. Write in English; I'll ask if I need more.

Only four fields are required. They're marked with an asterisk.

What the company does, who the copy is for and where it'll appear. Please leave out health data and other sensitive details.

A first name is fine.

This is where my reply goes.

If you'd rather talk. Include the country code.

A rough idea. It helps me suggest a scope that fits.

I have more details

None of this is required. Anything you add here saves a round of questions later.

Who they are, what they already know, what worries them.

Links, one per line. Copy you dislike is useful too.

A few words that fit the brand, and a few you never want to see.

Google Drive, Dropbox or any other link. Files can't be attached here, so nothing lands on the server.

E.g. required disclaimers, or advertising rules in your sector in Poland.

Your details go to Marcin Kuperski (Splendid Copywriting) and are used only to reply and prepare a quote. More, including your rights: Privacy policy.

What happens after you press send

  1. Your brief comes straight to me.

No account manager, no ticket system.

  2. Usually within 2 working days I reply

with questions or a written quote.

  3. If it helps, we talk

for 20–30 minutes by phone or online.

  4. You accept by email

and we start on the date in the quote.

Before you send

Can I just call?

Of course: +48 61 856 73 91. If I don't pick up, I'm probably mid-sentence, and I'll call back. After the call I'll still ask for a few lines in writing, so the quote has something to point to.

I've no idea what my budget is. What do I choose?

"Not sure" is a perfectly good answer. For a sense of scale: a 5-page Polish website is €690, a landing page starts at €330, and everything else is on the price list. The quote gives you an exact figure, and if it’s more than you’d planned, I’ll tell you what to cut to make it fit.

Will you sign an NDA before I describe the project?

Yes. In the form, keep it general, say the sector and the kind of copy, and mention you need an NDA. I'll send an agreement to sign, yours or mine, and only then ask for the details.
