What I write, and what it costs
Eight kinds of copy, most of them for brands selling to Polish customers. Each one has a price and a usual timing on this page, before you’ve written to me. They all end the same way: a finished file you can paste in, and the copyright on your side.
One thing I don’t write: SEO articles by the yard.
Everything in one table
| Service | What you get | Price | First draft, usually |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website copy | Page plan, headings, body copy, buttons, meta and form text, in Polish. Up to 5 pages: €690. | from €130 | 5–15 working days |
| Transcreation | Your existing copy adapted between English and Polish, so it reads as if it started there. | from €100 | about 3 working days per 10,000 characters |
| Product descriptions | Three paid samples first, then batches of 10 or more. | from €15 each | samples in 3 days, then about 20 a week |
| Microcopy and UX writing | Buttons, errors, empty states, confirmations. For apps, a tone glossary too. | from €190 | 5–15 working days |
| Landing pages | A section plan in words, two headlines to choose from, meta. | from €330 | 7 working days |
| Emails and newsletters | A single newsletter, or a five-email sequence with a send plan. | from €60 | 3–10 working days |
| Naming and taglines | Eight names with reasoning and a domain check, or three taglines with notes on where to use them. | from €170 | 5–10 working days |
| Editing and proofreading | Proofreading, or a rewrite of your Polish draft, machine-translated or AI-written ones included. | from €60 | 2–4 working days per 20,000 characters |
Working days are Mon–Fri, counted from an approved brief and a paid deposit; the binding date is in your quote. Prices excl. VAT. Prices are for copy written in Polish. Any of them written in English instead: list price +40%. Full terms: pricing.
Not sure which one you need?
- You’re launching in Poland and your English copy already exists
- Transcreation
- You need a Polish site written from scratch
- Website copy
- You sell online and your catalogue needs Polish pages
- Product descriptions
- Your app is getting a Polish interface
- Microcopy and UX writing
Still not sure? A copy audit costs €150: written notes on up to five pages of your site and a 45-minute call. If you order a project within 30 days, the full €150 comes off it.
What I don’t do
- Certified or sworn translation. For official documents you need a sworn translator, not a copywriter.
- Link-building filler for other people’s blogs.
- Design, logos or development. I write for wireframes someone else builds, and I’m happy that way.
- Languages other than Polish and English.
Know roughly what you need?
Pick a service in the form, or choose "A few things / not sure yet". I usually reply within 2 working days (Mon–Fri, CET).
