Polish copy, written into your wireframes.

For agencies outside Poland with a client launching here and nobody on the team who writes Polish. You brief me in English, I write the Polish into your layouts, and it goes out under your name.

How a project moves

  • 1. Wireframe.

    Send a Figma link or a PDF, ideally with character limits on headings and buttons. No limits? I'll work them out from the layout. Polish usually runs longer than English in the same space, so I'll flag anything that won't fit rather than quietly cutting it.

  • 2. Copy.

    Written in a document that follows the wireframe section by section, or straight into comments on your Figma frames. Your choice.

  • 3. Your review.

    You read it first and pass it on when you're ready. Nobody on your team reads Polish? Headings, buttons and key lines come with an English gloss, as on every job briefed in English.

  • 4. Client comments.

    One consolidated document. Two rounds are included, as with every project.

  • 5. Final.

    With meta titles and descriptions if they’re in scope, plus button labels and form messages.

  • Turnaround is the same as on the pricing page: usually 5 working days for a single page, 7 for a landing page, 10 for a five-page site.

    Terms

    Terms
    White-labelI don't sign the copy, and I don't contact your client on my own. Your projects stay out of my portfolio unless you and your client both say yes.
    NDAI'll sign yours before I see the first brief.
    RightsThe economic rights pass to your agency or straight to your client, whoever the agreement names. That happens on full payment and in writing, as with every project.
    PricesThe EUR card on the pricing page. There's no separate agency rate. From your third project in a calendar quarter, it's 10% off. Your margin is your business.
    PaymentFirst project: a 50% deposit. After that, a 14-day invoice on delivery with no deposit. The invoice goes to your agency. Currency and VAT treatment are set out in the quote.
    Rush+50%, only if the calendar allows, confirmed in the quote.
    CalendarTell me about a project before you sign it with your client. I’ll pencil in the dates, so your timeline shows a real copy date instead of "approx. two weeks".

    What to send with the wireframe

    • the wireframe: a Figma link with comment access, or a PDF;
    • your client’s brief or your kick-off notes, even if it’s three lines in an email;
    • brand guidelines, and any English copy the Polish should echo;
    • Polish keywords, if SEO is in scope and someone has already chosen them;
    • who signs off: you or the client;
    • the date you present to the client, not just the delivery date.

    Questions agencies ask

    Will you talk to our client?

    Only if you want me to. By default everything goes through you. If it helps, I can join a call with your client as part of your team. I'll talk about the copy, not about prices or other projects.

    Who do you invoice?

    Your agency. Your client gets no paperwork and no rates from me. The simplest route is for the rights to pass to you, and you pass them on in your own contract. If you'd rather they went straight to your client, that works too. Your client then signs a short agreement with me.

    How much work can you take on?

    I’m one person, so I won’t promise "as much as you’ve got". Here’s what works: before each quarter, send me a list of likely projects, and I’ll tell you what fits and from when.

    Will you sign our framework agreement?

    I'll read it, and most likely yes. If anything in it clashes with the written rights transfer Polish law requires, or with the payment terms, I'll tell you what and why before anything's signed.

    Got a wireframe waiting for Polish?

    Send the link and your client presentation date. I usually reply within 2 working days (Mon–Fri, CET).
