One price per job, in writing, before you commit

Each price below buys finished copy, with the call, the revision rounds and the copyright included. I don’t charge by the word, by the hour, or for "extra consultations". Where it says "from", your quote gives the final figure before you pay anything.

Same work, same price: the Polish site lists these jobs in złoty, converted at a fixed rate I review once a year, never live.

Prices are shown net of VAT. I’ll add a VAT line once that’s settled on my side.

The terms, on one screen

The terms, on one screen
DepositNew clients pay 50% before work starts. Cancel before I start and you get all of it back.
BalanceInvoiced on 14-day terms after the final version. Returning clients pay no deposit, just a 14-day invoice after delivery. Projects of €1,890 or more are split 40/30/30 by stage.
RevisionsTwo rounds within the same brief. A round is one consolidated set of comments, sent within 14 days. An extra round costs 15% of the project price, min. €60. A changed brief means a new quote.
Rush+50% for a first draft in less than half the usual time. Only if the calendar allows, and confirmed in your quote.
CopyrightAt the start we sign one short agreement, on paper or with a qualified electronic signature, listing the uses you’ll own. The economic rights pass to you on the day you pay in full; until then the copy is for review and comments.
PortfolioI only show your copy in my portfolio if you say yes.
Minimum order€60. The one exception is the paid sample of three product descriptions (€45), which later comes off the batch.
RetainerA 3-month minimum. After that, either side can end it with one month’s notice, effective at the end of a calendar month.
If things stallIf nothing moves on your side for more than 30 days, we agree a new date together.
If I’m running lateI tell you as soon as I know. You can set a new date or withdraw from the contract.
Cancelling (businesses)Before I start: full deposit back. Mid-way: you pay for the stages done. After the first draft: that stage’s fee, equal to the deposit, and nothing more. No rights pass for unpaid work.
ConsumersIf you’re buying as a private person, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The details, including what happens if you ask me to start sooner: Cancellation and refunds.

The full rules are in the Terms of service.

Why these numbers

A 5-page site takes me about 20 hours: an hour and a half on the brief and the call, three on the market and the competition, two on the page plan, nine on the writing itself, one on meta, and three and a half across two revision rounds.

For a Polish copywriter that sits at the upper end of the market. For a buyer used to UK rates, it usually looks low, and that’s deliberate: the price is the same one Polish clients pay, not a foreign-client premium.

Monthly retainer

For teams that need Polish copy every month and don't want to ask for a quote every month.

A typical month
4 newsletters and a refresh of 1 page
Scope
agreed in writing before month one, changed by agreement
Revisions
2 rounds per item
Minimum
3 months
After that
one month's notice, effective at the end of a calendar month
Price
from €430 / month

Three months minimum, because it books you a fixed slot in a one-person calendar. After that, either side can end it with one month's notice, effective at the end of a calendar month.

Questions about money

Can it cost less?

Yes, by doing less rather than doing it worse. Fewer pages, one revision round instead of two, or a €150 audit first to find out what actually needs rewriting. If your Polish draft is close already, editing it costs a fraction of writing from scratch, and I’ll say so in the quote.

Will you write a free test piece?

Not a free one. A paid sample, yes: three product descriptions or one section of a bigger job, priced like normal work. If you then order the whole thing, the sample comes off the price.

Do you invoice?

Yes, for every payment: one invoice for the deposit, one for the balance, each on 14-day terms. The currency and the VAT treatment for your country are set out in the quote.

Can I pay in instalments?

Projects of €1,890 or more are always split into three payments by stage: 40%, 30%, 30%. Smaller jobs are paid in two parts, the deposit and the balance on delivery. Retainers are paid monthly. If you need a different arrangement, say so in the brief.

How much for copy by Friday?

If the first draft has to arrive in less than half the usual time, it’s +50%, and only if the calendar allows. I don’t quietly push other clients back, so sometimes the answer is "not by Friday, not properly". You’ll hear that on day one, not on the deadline.

Found your line on the receipt?

Tell me what you need. You’ll get a written quote, usually within 2 working days (Mon–Fri, CET), valid for 14 days.
